How long does it take to receive my order?

The estimated delivery date is in 3-8 business days from the date of shipment, Note that the delivery time depends on the location where it is to be delivered.

What is your return policy?

If the customer is not 100% satisfied with the product we offer a free exchange or return if it’s in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition within 7 days from the date you received the order.

Can I change my order or shipping address after ordering?

We can help you edit your order if the status of the order is pending, once the order is shipped it’s not possible to make any changes. Unless you want to update the shipping address. You can contact our customer service, they will contact the shipping company for you to update it.

 I haven't received my package, where is my order?

 Please wait until the expected delivery date, which is within 4 to 9 working days from the time of shipment. 

If your order is more than 15 days late, you are entitled to cancel it and get a refund of the amount paid without incurring any costs.
