Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3 to 8 business days from the shipping date, excluding Fridays and public holidays.

Order preparation in our warehouses takes 48 hours.

Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons due to high demand on shipping companies. The delivery time also depends on your region and exact location.

  • We ship via Aramex or J&T Express. The shipping company is selected based on your location.

If your delivery address is outside the service range, you will need to pick up your shipment from the shipping company. To confirm whether your area is within range, call us at 0594241111 / 920019299 to avoid any delays.

In some cases during high-demand seasons, customers may be asked to collect their orders from the nearest branch of the shipping company. Shipping companies hold parcels for 7 days only.
