Return & Exchange Policy
At Al Habeeb Bedding, your satisfaction is our priority. We are pleased to offer a flexible, easy return & exchange service to ensure a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, whether due to a manufacturing defect or because the product does not meet your expectations. Requests can be submitted online or through any of our branches.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items (for hygiene reasons): Bathrobes, towels, sleeping pillows, pillowcases, mattress & pillow protectors, air fresheners, and home slippers.
Please note: Offers cannot be combined with discount codes in the same order.
Below is a detailed guide to returns and exchanges via our website or branches, along with mattress policies.
Online Return Process
- Create a return ticket through the website or app by clicking “Create Return Ticket” and completing the required information.
- Upload a photo of the product inside its original packaging.
- Submit the request and wait for confirmation from Customer Service via email.
- Once approved, print the invoice, attach it to the product, and ship it through the nearest Aramex branch.
- Refunds will be processed within:
- 6 business days (Mada / bank cards)
- 15 days (Tabby, Tamara, Mispay, Madfooa)
Online Exchange Process
Create a return ticket and write “Exchange” in the notes section.
In-Store Return Process
- Place the product back in its original packaging and inside an Al Habeeb bag.
- Visit the nearest Al Habeeb branch.
- Provide your order number to the service staff.
- A confirmation message will be sent once received, and refunds will be processed within 72 hours.
In-Store Exchange
Provide the staff with the name of the replacement product. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photos showing the item in its original packaging.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed. Returned items after exchange are not accepted.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all accessories.
- All returned items undergo quality inspection. If the product shows signs of use or does not meet return conditions, it will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- If a main product (such as bedding sets) becomes unavailable after order confirmation, Customer Service will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a replacement or cancellation. If no response is received, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
- If a secondary item (accessories) is out of stock, the rest of the order will ship, and only that item will be refunded.
- Order preparation takes up to 48 hours, and delivery takes up to 8 business days.
- Partial returns automatically recalculate invoices and bundle discounts.
- Free shipping applies once for orders above SAR 390. If re-shipped after return, shipping fees apply.
- Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- A SAR 29 shipping fee will be deducted if the invoice value drops below 390 after return.
- Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting; we guarantee up to 95% accuracy.
Mattress & Chair Return / Exchange Policy
- Mattress trial period: 60 days from invoice date.
- One exchange only during the trial period.
- Mattresses must be in good condition and original packaging for returns.
- No returns after exchange.
- Custom-made mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Chairs can only be returned or exchanged for manufacturing defects.
Fees:
- One-time delivery covered by the company.
- In-home service fee: SAR 50
- Exchange fee (mattress/chair): SAR 350 (paid in advance)
- Return fee (mattress/chair): SAR 200
Warranty & Delivery (Mattresses & Chairs)
- 7-year warranty on all mattresses
- 5-year warranty on “Ahlam” mattress
- Covers manufacturing defects only
- 1-year warranty on recliner chair motors
- Custom mattresses do not include a trial period
- Ready mattresses delivered within 48–72 hours
- Custom mattresses: 10–14 days
- Shipping fees vary by location

Returns
- Allowed within 7 days of delivery
- Must be unused with original packaging
- Returns rejected if damaged or used
Exchanges
- Available within 7 days, subject to stock availability
Manufacturing Defects
Please report within 48 hours with photos. Replacement or refund provided at no cost.
Shipping Fees
The customer bears the shipping costs for personal returns/exchanges. The company covers the costs of confirmed manufacturing defects.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
Gift Policy
If a full or partial return reduces the order total below the minimum required to receive a gift (SAR 199), the gifted item must be returned unused and in its original condition. Otherwise, its value will be deducted from the refund.
