Return and Exchange Policy

Committed to your satisfaction, we at Al Habib Bedding are pleased to offer a flexible and easy return and exchange service for a unique and comfortable shopping experience.

You can return or exchange your product within 7 days from the date of receipt , whether due to a manufacturing defect or if the product is not suitable for you, through the website or through one of our branches.

Please note that some products cannot be returned or exchanged for health reasons, in order to ensure your safety and everyone's comfort. These include the following:

Robes, towels, sleeping pads, pillowcases, mattress and pillow protectors, fragrances, and house shoes .

To ensure you get the best value, offers and discount codes cannot be combined in the same order.

Below, we explain in detail and simplified the return and exchange process, whether online or in-store, as well as the mattress policy details, to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for you.


Refund Mechanism (via the website)

  • Create a refund ticket through the website or app, by clicking the “Create a refund ticket” button and filling out the information.
  • Photograph the product in its packaging as received, and attach the photo with the product details.
  • Submit the request and wait for a response from the customer service team via email to complete the procedures.
  • After your order is accepted and the invoice is sent, you can print it and attach it to the product, then head to the nearest Aramex branch in your area to ship the order.
  • The full amount will be transferred to your bank account within 6 business days (if paid via Mada or bank card), or within 15 days if paid via (Tabby - Tamara - Mispay - Paid).

Replacement Mechanism (via the website)

  • Create a return ticket with the word "replacement" in the notes field, via the website or app, by clicking the "Create Return Ticket" button and filling out the information.


Refund Mechanism (via branches)

  • Return the product to the bag or carton it was sent in, and place it inside a Habib Bedding bag.
  • Go to the nearest branch of Al Habib Carpets.
  • Provide the return service employee with the order number.
  • You will receive a confirmation message upon receipt of the product, and the amount will be refunded within 72 hours.

Replacement Mechanism (via branches)

  • Provide the employee with the name of the alternative product, and the difference in price, if any, will be refunded or paid.


Return or exchange terms

  • The ticket must be submitted and the product must be photographed in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
  • You can only exchange one item per order, and the product cannot be returned after it has been exchanged.
  • Please ensure that the product has not been used or washed, must be in its original condition and packaged in a way that protects it from damage during shipping, with all accessories attached.
  • If a major product (such as bedding) is out of stock after order confirmation, our customer service team will contact you to select a suitable replacement or cancel the order within 48 hours. If no response is received within the specified period, the order will be canceled and the amount will be fully refunded.
  • If a secondary or complementary product (such as accessories) is out of stock, the rest of the order will be shipped, and only the value of the out-of-stock product will be refunded.
  • In the event of order cancellation, the amount will be refunded within 6 working days (if payment was made via Mada or bank card), or within 15 days (for other payment methods).
  • Order processing takes 48 hours, and delivery takes 8 business days .
  • The invoice will be automatically recalculated when a part of an order is returned or exchanged.
  • If a portion of the package is returned, the package discount will be automatically cancelled.
  • Free shipping is offered once for orders over SAR 390. In the event of a return and reshipment, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
  • Products designed to special sizes or specifications upon customer request cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • A shipping fee of 29 riyals will be deducted from the refund amount if the invoice value after return falls below 390 riyals.
  • Product color may vary in pictures due to lighting, but we guarantee 95% identical.

Mattress and Chair Exchange and Return Policy

  • Mattress trial period: 60 days from the invoice date.
  • The mattress can only be replaced once during the trial period.
  • In case of return, the mattress must be in good condition and in its original packaging.
  • The mattress cannot be returned after it has been replaced.
  • Bespoke mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to order.
  • Chairs cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defect, as they are produced to order.
  • The company bears the delivery fees once.
  • There is a service fee of 50 for home service.
  • Mattress replacement fee is 350 SAR, payable in advance.
  • Mattress return fee is 200 SAR.

Warranty and Delivery Policy (Mattresses and Chairs)

  • A 7-year warranty is offered on all mattresses, and a 5-year warranty is offered on the Ahlam mattress. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, such as stains or tears.
  • One year warranty on the recliner machine.
  • Custom-made mattresses do not include a trial period, as they are custom-made to your specifications.
  • Ready-made mattresses are delivered within 48 to 72 hours of purchase, and custom-made mattresses within 10 days .
  • Shipping fees are determined by the delivery area.
