Returns and Exchanges Policy

● Return is within 7 days from the date you receive the order.

● In case of a defective product, you have the right to Return and Exchange.

● In case of return or exchange, the product should be packed in its original packaging upon purchase and has not been used.

● The customer is not entitled to return or exchange the product if it is not in its original condition as it was received, or if it has been changed or used or washed.

● All products are subject to Return and Exchange except (Robes and Towels, Pillows, Pillow Cases, Pillow Protector, Perfumes) unless found with a manufacturing defect.

● When returning a product from the bundle (package), each piece will be calculated separately at its original price without discount.

● If you got a free shipping on your order and you want to return a product, the invoice will be recalculated, and if the value of the new invoice is less than 390 riyals, the money will be returned after deducting the shipping fees for non-compliance with the terms of free shipping.

● If the Return and Exchange is approved, shipping instructions will be sent to your email, or you can follow your return ticket here.

● Once we have received and checked the returned item, please note that this process may take 6 working days, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
